Please read below for the important policies of Curly Sue Grooms.

Rabies & Vaccination

All dogs MUST be updated with rabies vaccinations. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please provide your dog's rabies vaccination date information as tags will not be an accepted form of proof.

Flea & tick

All dogs must be treated for Flea & ticks. If your dog shows any signs of fleas or ticks during the check in process, we will need to reschedule for another date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done 48 hours before your appointment.

Failure to do so, we require a cancellation fee of $20.00 on your next appointment.

Behavioral accommodations & regulations

We want to create a safe work environment for everyone involved in the grooming process.

A special handling fee of $20.00 will be charged for behavioral issues, if they do occur or there is a history of them prior.

We have the right to refuse service if your dog shows any signs of aggression. Or if your dog shows signs of stress or duress during the grooming process that can harm your dogs health.
